How the label cropper works
Step 1: Download your label PDF
Get the shipping labels from your seller panel as a PDF - one A4 page per order, label on top and tax invoice below.
Step 2: Open it in the cropper
Pick your marketplace page and drop the file in. It is read by your own browser; nothing is uploaded to a server.
Step 3: Position the crop box
The box starts where that marketplace usually puts the label. Drag or resize it until the barcode and address are inside it.
Step 4: Crop and print
Download a PDF of labels only - one per 4x6 thermal page, or four to an A4 sheet if you print at home.

Your files genuinely stay on your device
A shipping label PDF is a list of your customers’ names, phone numbers and home addresses. Most tools ask you to trust a privacy policy. This site has no server to upload to: it is a static export, and the cropping is done by JavaScript on your machine. Open DevTools and watch the Network tab while you crop, or disconnect from the internet and crop anyway - both work.
A crop box you control, not an algorithm you hope for
Auto-crop tools guess where the label ends. They work until the marketplace changes its template, and then they silently clip barcodes for everyone. Here you see your own page, drag a box over it, and know exactly what you are going to get before you download. Presets give you a head start; you always have the final say.
Barcodes stay razor sharp
We never rasterise your PDF. The crop rewrites the page’s CropBox and MediaBox, so the vector artwork inside is untouched and prints at your printer’s full resolution. That is the difference between a barcode a rider scans once and one they scan four times.
Built for phones and for keyboards
Plenty of sellers run their whole operation from a phone, so the crop box takes touch input properly - drag with a finger, resize with the corner handles. It also works entirely from the keyboard, with arrow keys to move and Shift + arrows to resize, and it respects your reduced-motion setting.

Common questions
Are the SellersPlaza tools really free?
Yes. Every tool on the site is free, with no account, no page limits and no watermarks. The site is paid for by ads placed around the tools - never inside them.
Do you upload or store my label PDFs?
No, and we could not if we wanted to: the site is a static export with no server and no database. Your PDF is opened, cropped and saved by JavaScript running on your own device. Load a tool page, disconnect from the internet, and it still works - which is the simplest proof that nothing is being sent anywhere.
Which marketplaces do you support?
Dedicated pages with preset crop boxes for Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon India, Shopsy, GlowRoad, JioMart and Snapdeal, plus a universal thermal label cropper that handles any other marketplace, courier panel or aggregator.
Will cropping make my barcode blurry?
No. The crop is a vector operation - we rewrite the page frame rather than turning the page into an image - so text stays text and barcodes keep their full print resolution.
I do not have a thermal printer. Is this still useful?
Yes. Choose the 4-in-1 A4 output and four cropped labels are arranged on a single sheet with cut lines. On a normal home printer that turns a 100-order batch from 100 sheets into 25.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Everything runs on a web page in any modern browser, on desktop, Android or iOS. There is no app, no extension and no signup.
