1. Acceptance

By using SellersPlaza you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The tools are free and provided as-is; you may stop using them at any time.

2. What the service is

SellersPlaza provides free browser-based utilities for online sellers. All processing happens on your own device; we do not receive, store or process your files. There is no account, no subscription and no support commitment beyond best effort.

3. Trademarks and independence

SellersPlaza is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Shopsy, GlowRoad, JioMart, Snapdeal or any other marketplace or logistics provider. Those names and any related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe which file formats and layouts a tool works with, which is nominative fair use.

4. Check your output

You are responsible for what you print and ship. Marketplace label layouts change without notice, and a crop box positioned for one layout may not suit another. Always check a cropped label before printing a batch: confirm that the barcode is complete and scannable and that the delivery address is not clipped. We are not responsible for failed pickups, misdeliveries, courier penalties, marketplace policy consequences or any other loss arising from an incorrectly cropped or printed label.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the tools to process documents you have no right to process.
• Attempt to disrupt the site, or to redistribute it as your own service without permission.
• Use automated systems to hammer the site in a way that degrades it for others.

6. Availability

The site is provided without any uptime guarantee. It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time. Because everything runs locally in your browser, an outage of this site does not affect files you have already downloaded.

7. Third-party content

The site may display advertising and may link to third-party websites. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Advertising is handled as described in our privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellersPlaza and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, orders, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
