Privacy Policy

The short version
The files you open in our tools are never uploaded to us, never stored by us, and never seen by us. All processing happens inside your own browser. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address or marketplace credentials in order to use any tool on this site.
1. Your PDFs and other uploaded files
Every tool on SellersPlaza - including all the shipping label croppers - runs entirely on your device. When you choose a PDF, your browser reads it directly from your disk into its own memory. The preview is rendered locally with pdf.js and the crop is performed locally with pdf-lib. The resulting file is written straight to your downloads.
This site is a static website with no application server, no database and no file storage. There is no endpoint your file could be sent to even in principle. Nothing about your PDF - not its contents, not its filename, not the customer addresses inside it - is transmitted, logged or retained anywhere.
You can verify this yourself. Open your browser’s developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and crop a file: no upload request appears. Alternatively, load a tool page, disconnect from the internet, and use the tool offline - it works, because even the pdf.js worker file is served from this site rather than a third-party CDN.
2. Information we collect
We collect no personal information directly. Specifically:
- No accounts, logins or passwords.
- No email address is required to use any tool.
- No file contents, filenames or crop settings are sent to us.
- We set no cookies of our own.
If you email us, we will have whatever you put in that email, and we will use it only to reply to you. Please do not email us real label PDFs - they contain a customer’s personal data and we do not want to hold it.
3. Hosting and server logs
The site is served by a static hosting provider. Like any web host, it may automatically record standard technical request data such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs exist for security and reliability and are handled by the hosting provider under its own privacy terms. They contain no information about the files you process, because those files are never requested from or sent to the server.
4. Advertising
This site may display advertising supplied by Google AdSense. Where ads are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of third-party vendor cookies more broadly at aboutads.info/choices.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Advertising is never placed inside the cropping interface and never styled to resemble a tool control. Ad units are labelled. Advertising has no access to your files, which never leave your browser tab.
5. Analytics
We may use a privacy-respecting analytics setup to understand which pages are used, in aggregate. Where Google Analytics is enabled, IP anonymisation is switched on. Analytics measures page views, not file contents - no information about the PDFs you process is available to it, or to us. If analytics is not configured, no analytics script is loaded at all.
6. Local storage
Tools may keep small preferences (such as your last-used output option) in your browser’s local storage. That data stays on your device, is readable only by this site in your browser, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings. It never contains file contents.
7. Children
This site is aimed at business users and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Your rights
Because we do not collect or store personal data about you, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence removed, ask and we will delete it. For data held by advertising or analytics providers, use the opt-out links in section 4 or those providers’ own controls.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes to how data is handled will be summarised at the top of the page.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy or about how the tools work can go to support@sellersplaza.com, or via the contact page.
